A literally big problem is obesity. Mostly in USA obesity strikes the country. Over 1 and 3 adults are obese. That's a frightening statistic. Obesity is dangerous and normally results in death at a younger age.
About 33 percent of adults are obese. Now this a interesting fact because u might think, how does this happen and even become an issue. The USA is wealthy country and can afford a variety of food. the people can choose what they want to buy and eat. Some countries in Africa grow there crops eat the crops they grow. There is no choice in what they eat. Americans can choose and don't make the best choices in food consumption. If you were given a choice between a salad or a burger what would you pick. The normal American would pick the burger even though it is the unhealthy choice. It is not this black and white though. The burger would be normally cheaper and easier to consume compared to the salad. The average american mostly likely gets out of work and wants some fast easy food. They are driving down the road and they see a McDonald's to there left. Of course there going to go turn left into the McDonald's because the American wants food, they don't care if its healthy or not. If it tastes good then why not get a quick bite to eat. Fast food is what its called fast food on the go. Now in America and around the worlds, its all about saving time. Do you come to work every day and drive on the back roads of every town taking in the view and scenery. No, you most likely take the highway. You want to get to your job fast and on time. Fast food has this way of thinking down. Americans most likely won't go to a restaurant and order a healthy or even a unhealthy meal. They want food fast and on there schedule, the fast food companies give this to them with a drive though so they don't even have to get out of there car. Finger foods, such as French Fries and burgers are easy to access and eat in the car. Exercising has a big impact as well. This is an excuse Americans use. Why would I go walk to work and have to leave my house ten minutes earlier than i could driving my car. Everything is electronic and is done for you. Americans have elevators and escalators instead walking up a flight of stairs. This also has to do with time. It takes 3 minutes to walk up the stairs not the usual 30 seconds it does using the elevator. Time is so precocious that they need to have that 2 1/2 minutes. Unfortunately this small everyday stuff can cause obesity.
Obesity can cause type 2 diabetes and lots of other illnesses. Type 2 diabetes can cause a majority of consernes. It can have insulin build up in major arteries slowing down or stopping blood flow. This can lead to heart attack and stoke. The heart can give out because of how much weight is on it (fat), resulting in heart failure. It can also cause kidney damage or kidney failure. Type 2 diabetes is not fatal at once. Although if a person continues to have it and does not get better it is. This causes lots of obese adults with diabetes and obese children with pre-diabetes to die younger between there mid-40s to late 50s. Obesity can also cause certain kinds of cancer because of de formed fat cells and certain tissue cells. Obesity causes loss in muscle. If you are thinking that statement is incorrect than think more deeply into it. Yes, the mucles would have to hold more weight up so they would get stronger but the average obese adult is not standing up or walking. They are sitting or driving around in a scooter most likely. This means there mucles aren't being used. Thus leading to muscle loss. When they do get up and apply pressure to there muscles, the mucles can't take the weight very well because there not used to it. This makes then burn, thus encouraging the thought for the obese adult on sittng back down or getting into the scooter again. Obesity is a danger to the health of people.
Childhood obesity is growing in the past 20 years. 6 % of teenagers, 5 % of kids between 3-5, and kids between
